LIFE IS A LAUGHING MATTER
Poem #0031
Have you ever takin the time, to hear children laughing
Most adults believe it’s something, they should never seek after
But that’s a crime, and it should be a sin
We shouldn’t keep it all bottled up, just release the child within

Many laughed when Sarah said, I’m going to have a son
But she waved off their unbelief, their opinions she did shun
What did they know, they had never heard from the Lord?
They just laughed as the Ark sailed away, saying there’s still time

Some Christians believe if they confess, then they’re saved
Then they can just do what they want, they don’t have to behave
But that’s no laughing matter, they’re making a choice
They need to change their ways, or they’ll have no time to rejoice

In times of stress, why not lighten your load
Let out a big laugh, you know, one for the road
Maybe cheer someone up, by saying something funny
Life has more to offer, then chasing Dreams and making Money
