While in a prison cell, the Apostle Paul never gave up
He continued to love Jesus, and drink from the cup
No matter the difficulties, frustrations or disruptions
He stood firm in his belief, without doubt or corruption
We should all have a Jesus Christ attitude
Sharing our gifts with one, or sometimes a multitude
Being thankful for the little things, and the big
Remembering that God made a giant oak tree, from a little twig
It’s easy to thank God, when He gives us what we ask
But if He should deny us, we take Him to task
We need to ask for God’s guidance, in every aspect of life
And always be thankful for, our family, friends and wife
Do nothing, out of selfish ambition or conceit
And treating others with respect, whenever you meet
Like Jesus, we need to lookout for the interests of others
And be thankful for our Mothers, Fathers, Sisters and Brothers
God never promised a life without trials and tribulations
He said we could find love and peace, if we showed some patience
He just wants us, to show the world our gratitude
By offering our love, through a Great Attitude
